You can do this in several ways ...
1. fan clubs
That's what fan clubs are for! Check out thelink directory under commercial site and fan clubs.
2. chat
I believe that �D �` Ĭ �z �� �� �� �� (HK) is closed for the moment.You could try the Ĭ�z��(�s�[�Y)��ںq�ͷ| ��ѫ�.

3. bb
I know of a few commercially hosted sites.There are two Yahoo! Clubs, the larger tarcysumailinglist and the smaller suhuiluntarcy.
There is also a ONElist tarcysu community. At eGroups, there is a defunct tarcysu group and a new fantarcy singapore group which only members can access.
4. free email
I used to install new programs on my computer using "Tarcy Su" as the company name.Sounds silly I guess, but it sort of made me feel closer to her. =P
Getting a free email with Tarcy's name is along these lines ...
